Services Provided
Mazzuca & Associates provides advisory services to Board of Trustees, Hospital, and Medical Executives in one or two phases:
Phase #1
Key Stakeholders’ Role and Relationships Assessment
- Assessing relationships between and among Board Members, Hospital Executives, Medical Staff Leadership and Membership.
- Diagnosing with clear statements the multi-dimensional root causes to strained relationships and misalignment of roles.
- Presenting the findings to the Board of Trustees, Hospital and Medical Staff Leadership prioritizing the issues in terms of impact to be achieved if a Renewal Re-Partnering Process is to be successful.
Phase #2
Facilitate Role Alignment and Re-Partnering Plan Implementation
If requested, a separate proposal would be provided for:
- Prioritizing Phase #1 Relationship and Role Assessment Recommendations, Board of Trustees, Hospital and Medical Staff Executives into an integrated project plan for each, which includes action plans, accountabilities and due dates.
- Facilitating each project plan implementation, which results in re-partnering and role alignment between and among Board Members, Hospital and Medical Staff Executives.
- Conducting one-to-one and team-building interventions.
- Coaching the Board of Trustees, Hospital and Medical Staff Executives to validate their roles and accountabilities into an appropriate governance framework that becomes aligned and interdependent with each other.
