Sam J. Mazzuca
Sam J. Mazzuca is a principal and senior consulting partner with the firm. Prior to forming Mazzuca & Associates, he spent 17 years with The Mickus Group in Chicago, Illlinois providing organizational coaching to board of directors, healthcare executives, medical executives and physician groups. Before joining the Mickus Group, he spent 15 years in hospital operations with Mercy Health System in Omaha, Nebraska.
Mr. Mazzuca is experienced with analyzing complex relationships between hospital boards, management and medical staffs’ leadership. He designs solutions that assist organizational leaders with personnel and business strategy dilemmas, resolves personal- and procedural-based organizational conflict, coaches key decision makers and conducts one-on-one and team building interventions.
Mr. Mazzuca focuses on promoting leadership and accountability across all roles of the organization. His strength spans industry sectors and business cultures and he has earned excellent client references by delivering agreed-upon client outcomes according to their expectations.
